Queensland Rail had asked us to design a portable earthing clamp to meet the following requirements:

• Fault rating: 10kA @0.5Sec
• Keeper with piercing head that clamps onto the angle of the rail or a flat surface
• Hexagonal clamp head to enable ease of application for the 60Nm required torque
